About President:

Shannon Heier is a licensed Transaction Coordinator in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Florida. He has helped agents successfully close nearly 500 transactions per year. He has been working in the TC Role since 2019. Prior to working as a transaction coordinator he has 5+ years of experience in residential, commercial and land real estate. He also has 2+ years of experience in property management. His goal is to make the closing process as smooth and efficient as possible for all parties involved. With his high knowledge of compliance and understanding of real estate contracts, he is a valuable asset to you and your team so you can leverage your time on the more important activities like Lead Gen.
